The client wanted us to design and implement configurable AXI NoC that was capable of supporting AXI++, Native AXI and AHB ports with varying data width and a few arbitration strategies.

The team constituted a 6-member design and verification team

Duration

The entire duration of the project lasted 6 months

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In the 6-month period, team Cientra was able to:

  • Architect, micro-architect the NOC
    While implementing it in physical design to support 200 MHz Max port frequency
  • Create a new verification test bench from scratch
    In System Verilog – and verify it for the target requirement
  • Implement 45nm IP level
  • Conduct LEC/CLP checks
  • Execute timing closure
    & physical verification
